Principle photography began back in November in North Alabama on the iron casket story. Now in post, voice over and a small soundtrack are being added. One producer has signed on and the project is moving. The goal: a five-minute short to show to (more) producers. Kickstarter will be a likely destination.
Budget goals:
* Exhumation by University of Tennessee and bone + DNA sampling
* Financing for reburial and stone marker.
* Film crew for larger doc.
* Travel expenses for Smithsonian experts. Dr. Owsley
* Editing expenses
* Festival submissions
The shoot in November was done on the fly but turned out well. With more than enough material
